Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
